We're looking for driven and results-oriented Area Managers (AMs) to join our founding generation in various locations across India! In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in our mission to empower retailers with high-quality, innovative electronics at competitive prices. You'll lead and develop a team of Remote Sales Representatives, ensuring they excel in building relationships with retail shop owners and exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do:
Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing Remote Sales Representatives.
Set clear sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them within your assigned territory.
Motivate and coach your team members to excel in building relationships with retail shop owners and exceeding sales targets.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and implement strategic adjustments.
Collaborate with the national sales team to share best practices and achieve overall sales objectives.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports for your territory.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the electronics industry.
Possesses excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team.
Demonstrates strong coaching and mentoring abilities to develop the sales skills of your team members.
Has exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Is proficient in data analysis and comfortable using tools like Excel to track progress and identify sales trends.
