We are looking for temporary work from home W2 employees, who can receive inbound calls to assist callers with their unemployment claims and navigating the California Employment Development Department website.

Length of employment is between 4-6 months. This is a temporary project

and may or may not be extended past December 2020.

A mandatory 6 day training takes place and must be completed in full.

Shifts will be 10:30am and 6:30pm (Pacific) with a 30 minute unpaid break, and two x 10 minute paid breaks. Shifts are Monday - Sunday. Off days are Thursday and Saturday. Applicants must work 4-5 FULL shifts per week,.
