Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating and pursuing leads, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in real estate or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to identify potential clients and generate and pursue leads
• Experience in utilizing digital and social media marketing channels and implementing marketing strategies
• Familiarity with local market trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
