Responsibilities:
• Utilize tech skills to deliver and manage web and mobile analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Lead and guide a team of analytics developers and junior architects providing them with resources and support.
• Implement tagging solutions based on business goals.
• Solve Analytics challenges using best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and to provide for effective solutions.
• Create and validate report suites and work-spaces.
• Ensure smooth production with post-implementation checks.
• Configure Analytics tools through Launch for various needs.
• Assist mobile and portal developers in testing and troubleshooting.
• Customize tagging and collaborate for UAT testing.
• Transform requirements into actionable dashboards and reports.
• Monitor application performance, traffic, and user behavior.
• Share automated reports and provide optimization suggestions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in web analytics or technical marketing
• Strong Understanding of various technologies being used in the digital transformation space.
• Client handling experience
• Previous experience in team / people management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
