We are hiring HR Admin 
Qualification: Any graduate
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1- 2 Years
Work type: Work From office

NOTE: Required female candidates only
Roles and Responsibilities:

? Organize and maintain personnel records
? The role of Head Human Resources & Administration (Head HR & Admin) shall oversee all
personnel-related matters of the organization, alignment of employees with the
organization's business objectives, and ensure the creation as well as the implementation of
policies that foster efficient management and development of Human Resources.
?
- Developing policies relating to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters,
performance management and appraisal, talent management, productivity, recognition,
morale, work culture, employee engagement, occupational health and safety, and training
and development
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes in
human resources management, employment laws, and communicating the changes in
policy, practice, and resources to the top management
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant industry trends, best practices, regulatory

- Ensuring statutory & legal compliances as per existing governmental, labour and
legal requirements
- Reporting of HR-related policy changes proposed or declared by regulatory
authorities
- Support management in decision making

? Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
? Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
? Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.
? Revise company policies
? Strong work ethics.

? Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
? Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
? Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
? Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of
absence, sick days and work schedules)
? Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents
? Maintaining admin activities
? Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
? Support the offboarding process by collecting equipment, conducting exit interviews, and
updating employee records.
? Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

? Desired candidate:
?
? Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
? Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
? Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
? Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
? BS in Human Resources or relevant field
