Job Title: Telesales representative (Inside sales)

location: Gurugram, Haryana (on-site)

CTC:4.2 LPA+ Gratuity& monthly sales incentives 

working conditions: 6 days working, day shifts  

Role Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales representative (Inside sales) in Gurugram. The Telesales representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our services, closing Long term / short term sales, providing customer support, and conducting training sessions for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

? Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell services.

? Manage both long-term and short-term sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

? Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the rental process.

? Conduct training sessions for new hires to ensure they are well-versed with the company’s sales approach and services.

Qualifications:

Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.

? Experience: Prior experience in customer support or sales is essential.

? Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the self-drive car rental industry is an advantage.

? Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a team and meet targets.

? Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
