• Experience of 15+ years in the Real Estate Industry in Hyderabad is mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Must be punctual, disciplined and responsible in his work.
• Candidates should have Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
• Should be able to work in Excel & Word.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should be able to drive the development and implementation of the Company Marketing digital strategies. Develop, establish, and execute marketing strategies and programs.
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
• Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
• Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and customers.
• Develop qualified leads and commercial targets.
• Design and monitor marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospective leads.
