Job Post:  Real Estate Sales Manager (Fresh Booking)

Position Overview:
•    The Sales Manager Fresh Bookings will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve targets related to new property bookings. 

•    This role involves managing a team of sales agents, developing strategies to generate leads, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. 

•    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of sales success. 

Requirements:

•    A solid knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market and familiarity with key property builders in the region is also crucial.

•    Proven experience (typically 3+ to 5 years) in real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets and driving fresh bookings.

•    Owning a vehicle is a requirement for this role, as it is essential for meeting clients and attending property viewings. 

•    Client Convincing: Demonstrated ability to convincingly present properties, negotiate deals, and address client concerns to close sales successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed booking targets. 

•    Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate and increase fresh property bookings. Identify market trends and opportunities to capitalize on.

•    Client Relations & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear, effective communication. Demonstrate persuasive skills to convincingly present property features and benefits, addressing client concerns and objections professionally.

•    Sales Oversight: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads are followed up and converted into bookings. Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.

•    Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract new clients. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

•    Market Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market in Gurgaon, including trends, property values, and key builders. Leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies and client interactions.

•    Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress to senior management. 

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
