Job Description: Team Leader - Real Estate Sales *Position: Team Leader* Location: Vijay Nagar Indore Experience: 2-5 years in real estate sales (preferred) , And Other sale field Salary: 20K -35K , with performance-based Higher incentives Key Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate a team of sales executives to meet sales targets. Provide guidance and support to team members in handling client queries and closing deals. Conduct daily or weekly sales meetings to review performance and set objectives. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve skills and sales techniques. Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline. Coordinate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies. Ensure team members adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Assist in recruiting and training new sales executives. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
