They play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of a project, from the early stages of planning through to deployment and maintenance.
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
Software Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to develop software applications and systems based on business requirements.
System Design and Architecture: Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions, considering both the short and long-term technical requirements of the company.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, assisting them in improving coding practices, understanding software design principles, and troubleshooting technical challenges.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, quality standards, and high performance are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other teams to design, develop, and implement new features or updates.
Technical Leadership: Take ownership of technical projects and lead technical discussions on architecture, frameworks, and tools.
Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve software efficiency.
Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot issues, and debug code to ensure a seamless user experience.
Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API specifications, and processes.
