Job Description :
Supervision & Monitoring: Oversee contractor work to ensure it meets quality standards and timelines. Notify site engineer immediately if anomalies are identified.
Problem Resolution: Address contractor difficulties and escalate to Site/Project Engineer to resolve issues promptly.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean worksite by ensuring waste removal and proper stacking of excess materials.
Work Planning: Plan daily tasks and prepare resources for the next day's work.
Resource Management: Assess and ensure all resources are available and resolved on time.
Workforce Mobilization: Deploy workforce based on project requirements and adjust as needed.
Worker Tracking: Monitor the number of workers on-site to ensure they match the contract requirements.
Contractor Concerns: Understand contractor concerns and work to resolve them in collaboration with the project team.
Discipline Maintenance: Enforce discipline among workers to maintain productivity and safety.
Performance Feedback: Provide performance evaluations of contractors to the Project Engineer for review.
Compliance with Standards: Ensure work complies with IS Codes, industry standards, and SOP quality parameters.
Execution & Process Adherence: Adhere to construction execution, contract, and planning processes as outlined in relevant SOPs.
Safety Compliance: Ensure workers wear appropriate PPE, including helmets, safety belts, and shoes.
Safety Measures: Verify that working platforms are stable, safety railings are installed, openings/ducts are covered, and electrical connections are safe.
Emergency Readiness: Ensure the availability of first-aid facilities and trained first-aid volunteers on-site at all times.
