Key Responsibilities:
? Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional
manner, providing detailed information about products, prices, and payment options.
? Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales
techniques and by maintaining high standards of customer service.
? Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the jewelry collections,
including materials, gemstones, and design features, to effectively answer customer
inquiries and provide recommendations.
? Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring the showroom is
well-stocked and organized.
? Order Processing: Handle customer orders, process transactions accurately, and ensure
timely delivery of purchased items.
? Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to
encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
? Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional events and activities to increase
