Responsibilities:
• Contact over telephone to potential or existing customers or leads with company to inform them about company's educational programs using readymade scripts
• Answer questions about educational programs or the company of client
• Ask polite, humble and well-structured questions to understand customer requirements and convert the clients into sale as per training provided
• Using scripts offered by the company about our educational programs and talk to client, respond coolly to customer objections.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner as per training given.
• Handle objections and questions raised by client by answering nicely to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to excel in client conversion and sale them our educational programs to earn incentives
Requirements:
• Minimum HSC
• The ability to follow scripts.
• Effective communication skills.
• Should be excited to work to grow faster in life.
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentive - daily, weekly & monthly basis
