We are seeking an experienced Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the Advertising Agency industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of advertising and marketing concepts, and a track record of successful client interactions. Additionally, candidates must have their own database for calling purposes.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients within the provided database to promote our advertising services and generate leads.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients effectively, understanding their advertising needs, and providing information about our agency's services.
Database Management: Utilize and manage your own database for calling, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the advertising industry.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversions.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, industry developments, and our agency's service offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and interactions with clients in the CRM system.
Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on client interactions to enhance our services and strategies.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecaller in an Advertising Agency.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions clearly.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of advertising and marketing concepts, preferably with experience in the advertising agency sector.
Self-driven: Proven ability to work independently and proactively, meeting and exceeding targets.
Database Management: Must have a personal and updated database for calling purposes.
Persistence: Demonstrated persistence and resilience in achieving goals and overcoming objections.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other communication tools.
Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives.
