Job Description: Telecaller (Freshers Welcome)

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication. Candidates with a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contacting:
   • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
   • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
2. Communicating:
   • Build rapport with customers through professional and friendly interactions.
   • Address customer questions and concerns efficiently.
3. Recording:
   • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the database.
4. Following Up:
   • Follow up with customers to ensure engagement and maintain a strong relationship.
5. Achieving Targets:
   • Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Freshers with any degree are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: ?8,000 – ?18,000 per month
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
