JD for Service Engineer. Key Functions & Responsibilities : 1. To ensure customer complaints & service issues are dealt with in a fair and prompt manner. 2. To ensure Service delivery as per KPI structure 3. Create & execute Standard operating procedure for project/key account installation 4. Responsible Service SLA’s such as Response & Resolution Time, C-Sat, Open Calls. 5. Responsible for C-SAT and ensure to keep brand in better place on service. 6. Support to the service partners and keep them updated on the company policies and processes. 7. Ensure service centres are planned as per business need & with plan spare MSL. 8. Act as a support hand to service franchisees for all operational issues: 9. Visit all Hi-End / escalated customers calls & visit to the Key accounts/project customers. 10. To evaluate monthly calls for Franchisee Claims, ensure timely payment to Franchisee. 11. To evaluate warranty claims from field team & periodically update the product issues with product manager & Head service. Experience: 2 to 3 yrs Education: Engineer or Diploma in Engineering
