training, Field Audit, Farm management.

Age bracket: 21-30

CTC Range: INR 2,50,000 – 3,60,000 PA

Roles & Responsibilities:

a. To create awareness of organic farming.
b. Search and contact new farmers for Organic farming in respective area.
c. To conduct farmer training programme of concerned project.   
d. To supervise the farmers of concerned project.
e. Supervise crops from time to time.  
f. Supervise harvesting and proper dispatches as per company's production.
g. Schedule and maintain liaison for the farmers and purchase directly from them. 
h. Implement the Internal Controls for organic production.           
i. Submit the project data with compiled to higher authorities.       
j. Random check of the internal inspections.
