Responsibilities & Duties:
• Identify new sales leads, pitching products and/or services.
• Knowledge of bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc.
• Warm cold calling skills and dealing with objections and managing objection.
• Develop maintain and grow business for our enterprise B2B products and/or services.
• Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new market.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and setup meetings.
• Develop quotes & proposals (RFP/RFQ).
• Negotiating & renegotiating by phone email & in-person meeting.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualification:
• Excellent communication skills with active listening.
• Good analytical skills with objection handling.
• Cold calling experience.
• Undergraduate can apply with at least 1 year of experience.
• Fresher can apply.
• Anyone having International BPO/KPO experience.
