Job Description:
Business Associate will be trained and practical managerial skills will be developed on the job for 6-10 months into 5 levels of business management and will be promoted to Business Head position on the completion of the training.

Below mentioned are the levels of training and key responsibilities-

LEVEL 1: Management Trainee: sales&marketing / business development / customer acquisition / client representation
LEVEL 2: Corporate Trainer : HR/ training&development / recruitment process
LEVEL 3: Team Manager : Team Management / leadership development / conflict management
LEVEL 4: Asst. Business Head: Administration / operations/ finance
LEVEL 5: Business Head : Branch / Client / Human Resource Management
