• Interviewing: Interview candidates to check their skills and experience.
• Document Checking: Check documents like driving licenses and ID cards.
• Managing Hiring Process: Contact candidates, follow up, and offer jobs.
• Team Coordination: Work with the team to make the hiring process smooth.
• Reporting: Prepare a report on hiring progress and share it with managers.

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment or HR; experience as a field recruiter is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Able to talk confidently with candidates from different backgrounds.
• Organizing Skills: Able to manage many candidates and schedule interviews.
• Basic Computer Skills: Know how to use basic software to prepare reports.
• Local Area Knowledge: Familiar with nearby areas to help find good candidates.
