Responsible for End to End Recruitment of IT & non IT profile. * Knowledge of Job Portals, Job Posting, Advertisement through Social Media * Daily Follow-Up, Line-Up, Mass Hiring, Candidate will be responsible for lining up candidates for open positions * Responsible for on boarding & Induction. * Develop and monitor sourcing plans. * Head hunting, Searching CV's from Job portals & generating references * Creating & maintaining Data base.
