• Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company
• Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
• Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR.
• Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates.
• Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, headhunting, Employee References, and Self-Data Bank.
• Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
• Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
• Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
• End to end recruitment profile.
• Regular follow up with shortlisted candidates about the job and new candidates regarding interviews relevant openings.
• Prepare sourcing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Hands-on direct resume sourcing experience from leading job-boards and LinkedIn networks.
• Ambitious with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
