Immediate hiring for Domestic Outbound Voice Process: -

 We are looking for candidates who would like to work as Consultant - 100 % Work from Home & Flexible Working Hours Opportunity      

 Open Positions: 500+

 Mandatory Requirement

  • Candidate should have Laptop / Desk top  + android mobile phone version 5.1 and above
  • High Speed - Wi-Fi - Internet Connection     
  • Language – Proficiency- English & Hindi 
  • Silent room to work

Responsibilities include :-

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

 Important Points

  • Virtual training - maximum 3 Weeks
  • Average 4 to 5 hours of process training--Virtual 24 Days -Successful Completion you will onboard.

Required Candidate profile

  • Graduation completed, holding certificate
  • Candidates with experience in Customer Support will have added advantage
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills ( English and Hindi ) 
  • should have knowledge of computer skills
  • Login Hours - Minimum 6 hours to be logged in a day and maximum will be discussed in detail

Note : - The candidate will have to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
