Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations and manage daily food preparation.
• Develop and execute high-quality menus featuring Indian and other cuisines.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met consistently.
• Train and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs effectively.
• Innovate and introduce new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
• Collaborate with the management team to align kitchen practices with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook and/or Kitchen Manager, preferably in Indian cuisine.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
