Job description
Key Responsibilities -
· Projects & Retail Sales, Sales Planning, and new Client identification for construction chemicals & Waterproofing chemicals, etc. in the territory.
· New Product launching.
· Capability to set up a new distribution network
· Capability to handle distributors.
· Understand competitor products available in the market, convey the required information to the management regarding new products that can be started to improve our presence in the construction chemicals field.
· Specifications Preparation and sampling of new products to the consumers.
· Ensure financial discipline for all distributors and monitor their Outstanding, Overdue, and Cheque Bounces.
· New application identification, the introduction of new techniques that can be used for waterproofing or construction repairs.
· Organizing seminars and meets for construction chemicals to Builders, waterproofing contractors & architects.
· Should have good contacts with Architects, Builders, and waterproofing contractors.
· Responsible for demand generation of all products for the area by conducting technical discussions, demonstration, and receive desired approvals.
· Identify Key Accounts in the area and develop strategies to tap the business. Develop Key account customers for the region and keep a track of sales and outstanding key accounts. Responsible for maintaining the MIS of key customers.
