Job Description-

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager (Female) to oversee the daily operations of our showroom.

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing showroom staff, promoting our products, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and customer service, with a background in managing retail spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the showroom
• Manage and motivate staff to meet sales goals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Manage and optimize showroom displays for optimal customer experience and sales
• Plan and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items as necessary
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective advertising strategies at Showroom
• Performing administrative tasks such as managing showroom budgets, maintaining customer databases, and processing invoices
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Organizing and coordinating promotional events or sales

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or similar role in retail
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Any Graduate\Diploma in sales.
