What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
Youwillbe buildingbackend solutions most of which are based onTypeScriptand/orobject-orientedJavaScript. Thoseare tobe used in large-scaledata centers(thinkmillions of virtual machines).ForLinuxOS-level configuration,youwillbe usingAnsible,Bash,PowerShell. With infrastructure as codeprinciplesyou will be engineeringCI/CD pipelines, automated workflows, and services such as load balancer as a service, database as a service, … anything as a service.

Youwillact as a consultant to the customer by understandingand fulfillingtheir requirements,whilecommunicating clearly (in English) with architects, developers, DevOps, quality engineers and project managers. Your solutionsshouldbe following best practices, be well tested and documented.
You would advise customers on technical topics on pre-sales calls. You could take part in technicalinterviews andmentoringless-senior developers.
