Job Description:
Should be willing to work in US timings EST (night shift in India)
Prefer a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting US experience in IT Staffing and consulting company for Sr. level Recruiters
Be independent to manage/execute full life cycle marketing/sales process for successful placements of various skilled consultants.
Ability to recruit and marketing & sales for CTC/1099/W2 consultants from job portals/sub-vendors/referrals/social networking sources
Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates for targeted searches, plus prior experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative to meet the demands of a high-volume recruiting environment.
Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards, etc.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
Ability to successfully work on multiple clients/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions at any given time.
Must have a proactive approach to recruiting
