Mandatory Requirements

1. 2-Wheeler with valid DL

2. Resident of Bangalore only

3. Good exposure in Vendor acquisition & relationship management.

4. Age - below 35 Yrs 

5. Energetic & Positive outlook

6. Graduates only

7. Good knowledge of field Sales & vendor acquisition.

8. Min. 3 years of experience in Handling a team

9. Immediate Joiners only

Job Role

1. Needs to ensure business objectives are met

2. Will be handling a Team of BDE's

3. Responsible for managing team goal and team members.

4. Regular field visits

5. Needs to work regular shifts but be flexible to work in any shift (early morning shifts)

6. Co-ordinate with sales leadership to meet objectives.

Salary - CTC upto 6 LPA (Fixed upto 5.20 LPA + Incentive upto 80KPA) + travelling expenses
