Key Responsibility Areas:
Excellent English communication ( both Written and Spoken)
Minimum 2 - 3 yrs exp in international BPO
Knowledge of Excel and drafting professional emails
Takiing calls from US clients and reaching out to US vendors
Negotiating pricing with vendors
Calculating shipping estimates and coordinating delivery of product at correct address
Managing damage control, if the situation arises
Coordinating with Accounting Team for ensuring vendor payments are made and proper closer of the Order .
