Hiring for the position of Helpdesk Executives known as Arogyamitras; who will act as facilitators for patients and network hospitals to avail the State Government Policy - Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY).
 

Designation: Helpdesk Executives ( ArogyaMitra)

Requirements:

• Any Graduate may apply. No prior work experience is required.
• Work Locations - Thane, , Dombivali, and  Vashi 
• Candidates residing in Thane District preferred
• Verbal and Written Communication in Marathi is required
• Basic understanding of English & Hindi language

Job role includes:

• Manage Helpdesk at Hospital
• Patient Registration & Documentation
• Verification of Beneficiary Eligibility
• Guidance to the patient/ family members on various queries
• Periodic rounds to ensure the ent is being provided with all benefits
