Performance & Reward Management: Design & implement a performance management system that allows organizational objectives to be linked with individual goals and enables a culture of high performance in the organization. · Ensure that the Total Rewards are closely linked to high performance & retention of high performers.- Rewards & Recognition program. · Work closely with the business to forecast demand for top skills and enable the Recruitment team accordingly.- Benchmarking survey/Trends. · Talent Management: Define & Execute the talent management strategy of the organization including competency design, career development, leadership development and succession planning · Learning & Development: Develop & Execute On-boarding programs for better Onboarding experience, TNI & support Training team in coming up with best programs. · Organization Culture: Support in defining a culture which embodies transparency, initiative and defining the process to grow internal cohesion and shared company culture driven by FNP Values. · Talent Retention: Design retention strategies specifically aimed at high potential employees in the organization – Action in the form of IDPs & Succession Planning. · Employer Branding and Employee Engagement: Establish an Employee Value Proposition that not only engages & enables retention of existing talent base, but also enables attraction & recruitment of top talent in the industry. · Drive the Employee Satisfaction Survey, encourage maximum participation, help analyze and explain results, and coach managers and teams in action planning exercises, follow-through on action plans to increase scores on all dimensions of survey.
