Responsibility:
Production planning of melting, molding and core shop and execution against sales order Control and monitoring of the production process.
Coordinating Quality Assurance activities.
Control of non-conformities observed during the production activities and ensuring corrective actions.
Facilitate the quality system audit.
Handle Maintenance & break down machines.
Handle Man-power throughout the production process.
Evaluation of daily & Monthly production output .
Monitoring or KPI of production and Corrective action.
Monitoring of Machine and Man power efficiency.
Team building and movitave to staff.
Control rejection against target.
Prepare SOP for all departments.
Handling cost control projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and health and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
