Job Production Engineer in Rabale Navi Mumbai Maharashtra At MERCURY FIRE PROTECTION LLP- Telephonic Interview

• Maintaining factory incoming & outgoing order. 
• Checking the available stock of materials before indenting to control inventory. 
• To raise indent and provide specifications for various materials required for in-house assemblies of product. 
• To receive & inspect all incoming materials & reconciles with purchase orders and tracks damages and discrepancies on order received. 
• To ensure safe handling and storage of all materials. 
• To maintain the stores, record area in a neat & orderly manner. 

• To arrange for the dispatch of materials to different customers across India. 

• Track / Follow up with Customers for the receipt of material. 

• Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly report. 
• Stock reconciliation. Implementation of procedures and processes.

• To maintain available stock of materials, to control inventory. To develop and update minimum inventory levels for materials. 
• To inspect all incoming materials received from central warehouse & tracks damages and discrepancies on order received. 

• To receive & inspect all incoming materials & reconciles with purchase orders and tracks damages and discrepancies on order received. 

• To ensure safe handling and storage of all materials. 
• Responsible for Weekly & Monthly Report. 
• Implementation of procedures and processes. 
• Track / Follow up with material supplier with proper consent from Purchase Dept. to timely supply.
