Job Description-

• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Ensure that all architectural plans and designs comply with the relevant regulations.
• Represent the firm in meetings with government officials to address any concerns or queries related to architectural aspects of the project.
• Act as a bridge between the architectural team and clients to understand their specific requirements and convey project updates.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for obtaining permits, approvals, and clearances.
• Compile project specifications
• Keep within budgets and timelines.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to ensure that the construction aligns with approved plans and specifications.
• Address any on-site issues related to regulatory compliance.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• Experience working on residential architecture projects, Site Supervision, execution, and co-ordination with all consultants
• Working on feasibility of Projects and working drawings.
• Assess the feasibility of architectural plans based on regulatory requirements and advise on necessary adjustments.
