Job Description :

  1. Monitor and respond quickly to incoming IT service requests raised by different business functions.
  2. Knowledge of preparing BRD/ CRNs and follow up & coordination with teams as part of project management.
  3. Monitor helpdesk support platform to provide a quick resolution to the end-users.
  4. Communicate & interact with end users / within the IT team to understand issues & provide timed solutions.
  5. Ensure proper documentation & coordination related to all the aspects of IT/ service/ infra and coordination within teams.
  6. Ensure IT SLAs are met on time by following up across business users/ IT agents.
  7. Should handle helpdesk escalation(s) with IT/ business functions.
  8. Understanding of garment industry/ business function shall be preferred but not a must.
  9. Good communication, Presentation & Training skills is a must.
  10. Should be from Garment industry
