Job Description

Monitor and respond quickly to incoming IT service requests raised by different business functions.
Knowledge of preparing BRD/ CRNs and follow up & coordination with teams as part of project management.
Monitor helpdesk support platform to provide a quick resolution to the end-users.
Communicate & interact with end users / within the IT team to understand issues & provide timed solutions.
Ensure proper documentation & coordination related to all the aspects of IT/ service/ infra and coordination within teams.
Ensure IT SLAs are met on time by following up across business users/ IT agents.
Should handle helpdesk escalation(s) with IT/ business functions.
Understanding of garment industry/ business function shall be preferred but not a must.
Good communication, Presentation & Training skills is a must.
Should be from Garment industry
