AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (HEALTH INSURANCE):

The Job Role and Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Development of Personal Financial Advisor (agents interacting with customers), Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal Financial Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Licensing of the agents and building own team
• Driving productivity of the new and vintage agents
• Driving performance by implementing sales promotion for the Agent
• Coaching and mentoring of the Agent
• Delivering new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
• Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications Minimum :- GRADUATION 

proficiency in MS Excel

Experience:

Minimum 3 years sales experience. Handling team experience will be an added Advantage.
