* Knowledge of ERP Systems is a must eg. Efreight suite

* Problem solving and troubleshooting on systems related issues

* Training & guiding the various internal stakeholders on System

* Creating systems processes and communicating the processes to concerned teams

* Organised, efficient, effective communications skills is a must

* Hands-on operation & experience on systems is a must

* Ability to work in multiple stake holder environment

* Ability to deal with challenges & high-pressure
