Ensuring regular contact with existing customers to maintain company’s presence.
 Call with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships
 Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with customers.
 Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
 Co-ordinate with internal team to address clients’ needs and increase the customer relationship
 Prepare & send the quotation to customers for AMC or Cloud services renewal and do the follow-up.
Identify the opportunity at each customer side or check with customers for any requirements or propose our other offerings or modules to them
