Role Overview: As an HR Intern at Enexpert Consulting Group, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. You will work closely with our team of HR experts on real-world projects and initiatives, contributing to the success of our clients and enhancing your skills in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in HR or related field is a plus, but not required.
